Please ensure to provide accurate information (Name, Company, Email address, Phone number and Office address) since we will use them to deliver your future orders.

Note that ICISTREET does not support orders submitted by phone, SMS, fax and/or email. All orders must be sent online via our website (http://www.icistreet.com). at the top of the page.
- Simply input the quantities of each products you wish to order.
- Select the Delivery time at which you'd like your products to be delivered.
- Input your email address so that we may identify you and retrieve your delivery address in our database.
- Press Send to submit your order. A confirmation notice will appear on your screen prior you are redirected to your icistreet account where you can review, modify and delete your order.
How to cancel an order?
To cancel an order, simply access your account page by entering your email address and the last 4 digits of your phone/mobile number in the fields below and delete the orders you wish to cancel.
You may cancel an order until 30 minutes before its Delivery time.
ICISTREET Shanghai mainly delivers delicious, high quality and fresh low-cost european sandwiches (Tuna, Gouda Cheese, Curry Chicken, Tartare), soft drinks and cookies.
ICISTREET is famous for providing excellent products at unbeatable prices.
You may order your meal online until at least 1 hour prior your desired Delivery time.
Please note that in order to ensure our low-cost strategy, we do our best to avoid wastes and we produce only the necessary quantities each day, accepting the risks of not always satisfying each of our customers.
Items that are unavailable or that ran out of stock are disabled automatically in the green order form.

Products and Quality

We start making our daily breads everyday at 4 AM.
We start producing the daily required quantities of fillings at 8 AM. Veggies are bought every morning at the green market and prepared just after the fillings are ready (9 AM).
No, never!
All our meals are prepared on a daily basis using only a selection of authentic, fresh and tasteful ingredients.
From the start, we organized ourselves to master the complete production chain, empowering us with total control upon our breads, fillings and vegetables.
Each production phase follows strict guidelines that describe each and every operation to be carried out.
It is thereby very unlikely, if not to say impossible, that our meals taste different from one day to another.
Did you know that water accounts for 30% of the composition of french breads?
To ensure the finest quality of our breads, we invested in a large tanker that is refueled with fresh mineral water twice a month. To our knowledge, none of our competitors have yet followed our move.

No, delivery is free of charge.
In fact, delivery costs are already included in the price of our delicious meals and we organised ourselves to reduce it as much as possible by selecting a growing list of delivery spots within Shanghai.

No, our team of experienced and happy delivery guys and girls are well-paid and are only motivated by the opportunity to serve delicious meals to hundreds of returning customers, just like you.
Our delivery team is trained to refuse tips in all circumstances except once a year, during the New Year celebrations, as some of our customers believe that it may bring luck.

We deliver our delicious and affordable meals from Monday to Friday starting at 11.00 AM and every next 30 minutes until 13.30 PM included.
The default delivery time is 12.30 PM. You may request an earlier or later Delivery time when ordering.
Ordering a meal for 11.00 AM means that your meal may be delivered to your desk at any time between then and the following Delivery schedule which starts 30 minutes later. Please note that you may earn ICISTREET Points by selecting the most appropriate schedules in your building which in most cases are 11.00 AM and 13.30 PM. Click here.
Sometimes logistics can be very complex and numerous things may occure when delivering delicious meals to hundreds of customers in a city as large as Shanghai... But logistics is part of our job and we're committed to serve our customers on time, each time! If ever we're late, whatever the reasons, we'll send you a free coupon by email that you may use at your best convenience for a similar meal.

Yes, we do offer coupons. A coupon is a code that enables its owner to get much cheaper or even free sandwiches and drinks. No kidding!
In general, we offer coupons on different occasions such as when we open new delivery spots or when we celebrate opening anniversaries... We also offer coupons if we delivered late or if we failed delivering the entire order (missing items).
